The Italian Olive Oil Company is a name and company you can trust, payments are through WorldPay or Pay Pal direct to our bank, which is Natwest and we have a commitment to your privacy. We have a Code of Practice which encourages the highest standards to ensure consumers are treated fairly when shopping online. Naturally your statutory rights are not affected.
Secure online shopping
We use 128 bit encryption method to ensure that nobody can read your order, while it is being sent via the Internet, we also use a real-time payment service provider which ensures your details are kept secure and also screens out a number of fraudulent transactions, together with enabling your transaction to be dealt with securely and promptly.
Product & Customer Guarantee
We have personally selected all our products from private single olive oil Estates in Italy. We endeavour to ensure the highest level of individual customer care, advice, quality control and overall attention to detail at all times.
Packaging, Delivery (Goods Insurance) and Carriage Charges
Our packaging has been chosen to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. We pack all consignments ourselves.
Delivery & Goods Insurance
Normally we use Parcel Force 48 hour tracked and signed for service. You will be notified of the tracking number. We will endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible but please allow 5 working days from the date of order.
Should your order not be received within 7 days please email us. We will keep you informed as to the course of action we are taking to rectify any non-delivery or complaints. We do not accept liability for goods lost or stolen, but Parcel Force does have some some compensation that should be forthcoming, however this is at the discretion of the Parcel Force. In normal circumstances we will claim for the compensation and redeliver the goods immediately.
Carriage Charges
Carriage charges are completely included within the overall price of the product.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been received by us we will send confirmation together with related details of your recent order.
Customer Privacy Policy
We are as committed to protecting your individual identity as we are to providing the highest level of service and products. The personal information which you provide, will only be utilised for payment purposes, your data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Payment Options
The online payment system selected, (World Pay and Pay Pal ) have obtained certified approval by major international institutions with regard to data transfer security. Your credit card details will only be retained by them and our acquiring bank. They processes your payment and arranges with the supplier for your goods or services to be dispatched.
By using them for payment you have the benefit of their guarantee and agree their terms of use.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. You have a 'cooling off period' of seven working days, starting after delivery of the goods, during which you may cancel the order for any reason.
