These are extra virgin olive oil with herbs or citrus fruits from Galantino in Puglia that are produced following the natural method of crushing ripe olives and fresh herbs or fresh citrus fruits together, without adding essences.

 This is called the agromato method and results in a dressing of very high quality, with a delicate and pleasant taste.

The Balsamic Vinegar from Modena is a classic balsamic ideal for dressings, dipping and for general culinary use. It is in the same shaped bottle and range as the others.

These 250ml bottles are available in the following flavours:
Basil, Lemon, Garlic, Chilli, Rosemary, Orange, Oregano, Mixed herbs and Balsamic vinegar.

Recently we introduce the Bel Tocco flavoured oil, which is a blend of basil, oregano, thyme, dill and tarragon. These subtle flavours fuse together to enhance any dish.
